Important: Adjuster approval is required before booking your MVA massage appointment. Please email us the claims adjuster approval letter and information (Claim Number, Date of Loss, Adjuster phone number and email) to massagegrandeur@gmail.com. Once the information is obtained, our team will contact your insurer to verify MVA coverage and approval of treatment/s. Direct billing will also be available if determined by your claims adjuster for eligible MVA claims. Once the claim is verified and approved, our team will contact you, and you may book your MVA massage appointment.
